Refund Period
You have the right to request a full refund of your investment within 7 days of the date of purchase, as guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Code for online purchases.

Processing
Once we receive your request, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used in the original purchase. The time for the credit to appear in your account or statement depends on your financial institution or credit card provider.
